What is Klarna?
Klarna is a payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment on eligible online purchases. Klarna provides the service for clothes.com customers to buy products now and pay for them in four interest-free payments.
Are there requirements to use Klarna?
Yes, you will need:
- To be 18+ years old
- A United States-issued debit or credit card
- A United States billing address
- An SMS-capable phone number
Klarna is only offered to customers who have a US billing address, a US shipping address, a US mobile phone number and a US-issued major credit or debit card (i.e., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Customers with international billing addresses and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Klarna.
How do I sign up?
If your shopping bag is eligible for Klarna payments, the option will appear at checkout. After confirming your phone number, you will receive an SMS message to confirm your identity. You will then be asked to set up your payment method with Klarna and accept the terms of your payment plan.
