Responding to a Review

We’re happy to help you respond to reviews you receive — and it’s a great way to make guests feel heard or clear up any issues for other potential bookers. Just send us your response by submitting a request in your owner account and we will get it posted on your behalf. 

We love it when you leave positive responses to the five-star reviews, but your feedback is especially key when the guest review averages out to be less than four out of five stars. We’ll send you a notification for these lower reviews so we can work together to draft a thoughtful response. Evolve will then post that response on your behalf.
